• Orders may be canceled due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspicious activity.
• You will receive order confirmation via Email / SMS / Call / WhatsApp.
5. Payment
We accept:
• UPI
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (if available)
All payments must be completed before dispatch (except COD).
6. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery time is 4–6 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery delays may happen due to courier issues or festivals.
• Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.
• Updates will be sent via Call / Email / SMS / WhatsApp.
7. Returns & Refunds
• Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• Returns accepted only for:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect
• Refund is processed after inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
